So Old They Are, So New to Me

As strange as it sounds, I happen to love musicals. There's a life within them that comes through the music and grandeur nature that makes them not only ideal for movies but also for life. Would it not be a grand thing if life were a musical? If everyone was able to sing with a wonderful voice, and when you started a song to know that there would always be another person there to finish it for you? They're such romantic notions. It's a very pleasing world to imagine though. I rather wish the world was more like these shows. I'm happy enough with it, but to think of such a place where adventure rides upon the melodies of the people, and with how different people are. It's a riveting idea. So many people, so many ideas, each pouring their souls into their words to be carried through the winds. That would be such a beautiful world.

Well, to serve as sort of a little monument to two people, one being Lizzie who greatly admires the next, Audrey Hepburn, I have now seen my first film with Audrey Hepburn. My Fair Lady is the film, our family was watching it together tonight and it inspired a literary notion within me. Such beauty should be captured I believe. If nowhere else, then here, a small praise for Audrey Hepburn. Thank you for sharing your talents with us.
